This year, the participants will use several strategic planning tools to be proactive and more effective in club management and public interactions.

Leadership:  Planning & Membership

A club of one is not a club and regardless of club size, a president cannot do it all.  Using the G-SOT method, participants will learn to develop goals into manageable steps that can be easily implemented by members.  A SWOT Analysis will help identify roadblocks and opportunities to strengthen and grow membership.

Community:  Service & Image

Why do some service projects fail to meet club expectations and community needs?  Our fast-paced Project Planning activity uncovers a variety of project needs to ensure satisfaction for all parties and all size clubs.  Service projects are easier when the public knows who we are and what we do.  Using a Gap Analysis, participants will create a plan to establish or improve the club’s public image.
